السؤال:
ما حُكم مُشاهدة الأفلام الإباحيَّة، والاستِمْتاع بِها مع العادة السرِّية؟ وهل يَجب الاغتِسال بعد مُشاهدة الأفلام الإباحيَّة؟
الإجابة:
الحمدُ لله، والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله، وعلى آله وصَحْبِه ومَن والاه، أمَّا بعدُ:
فلا يَجوز لِلمسلم مُشاهدةُ الأفلام الإباحيَّة؛ لأنَّها تؤدِّي إلى قساوةِ القَلب، والغفلة عن الله تعالى وعن ذِكْره، وإطلاقُ النَّظر في مثل هذه الأفلام يؤدي إلى إمراض النَّفس، وقسوة القلب، والزُّهدِ في الحلال، والتَّجرؤ على ارتِكاب الفواحش والمعاصي، والتَّهاون فيها.
وقد أمرنا الله سبحانه وتعالى بغضِّ البَصر عن الحرام؛ قال تعالى: {قُل لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَغُضُّوا مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِمْ وَيَحْفَظُوا فُرُوجَهُمْ ذَلِكَ أَزْكَى لَهُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا يَصْنَعُونَ} [النور: 30].
ومنِ اطَّلع على مثل هذِه الأفلام، فلْيُبادِرْ بِالتَّوبة إلى الله - تعالى - فإنَّ التَّائبَ من الذَّنب كَمَن لا ذَنْبَ له.

أمَّا استِعمال الاستِمناء فمُحرَّم، كما بيَّنَّا في الفتوى: "حكم العادة السرية".
وما أحسنَ ما أفتَى به الشَّيخُ حسنين مَخلوف، مفتي الدِّيار المصريَّة الأسبق؛ حيثُ قال: "ومِن هنا يظهَرُ: أنَّ جُمهورَ الأئمَّة يَروْن تَحريمَ الاستِمناء باليد، ويؤيِّدُهم في ذلك ما فيه من ضررٍ بالغٍ بالأعصاب والقُوى والعقول؛ وذلك يُوجِب التَّحريم، ومِمَّا يُساعد على التَّخلُّص منها أمور، على رأسها:
1 - المُبادرة بالزَّواج عند الإمكان، ولو كان بصورةٍ مبسَّطة، لا إسرافَ فيها ولا تعقيد.
2 - وكذلك الاعتِدال في الأكل والشُّرب؛ حتَّى لا تثورَ الشَّهوة، والرَّسول - صلَّى الله عليه وسلَّم - في هذا المقام أوصى بالصِّيام في الحديث الصحيح.
3 - ومنها البعد عن كلِّ ما يهيج الشَّهوة: كالاستِماع إلى الأغاني الماجنة، والنَّظر إلى الصُّور الخليعة، مِمَّا يوجد بكثرةٍ في الأفلام بالذَّات.
4 - توجيه الإحساس بالجمال إلى المَجالات المباحة: كالرسم للزُّهور والمناظر الطبيعية غير المثيرة.
5 - ومنها: تَخَيُّر الأصدِقاء المستقيمين، والانشِغال بالعبادة عامَّة، وعدم الاستِسْلام للأفكار.
6 - الاندِماج في المُجْتمع بالأعمال التي تَشْغَلُه عن التَّفكير في الجنس.
7 - عدم الرفاهية بالملابس الناعمة، والرَّوائح الخاصَّة، التي تفنَّن فيها من يهمُّهم إرضاء الغرائز وإثارتها.
8 - عدم النَّوم في فراشٍ وثيرٍ يُذكِّر باللقاء الجنسي.
9 - البعد عن الاجتِماعات المختلطة، التي تَظْهر فيها المَفاتن، ولا تُراعَى الحدود.
وبِهذا وأمثاله تعتدِلُ النَّاحية الجنسيَّة، ولا تلجأ إلى هذه العادة التي تضرُّ الجسم
والعقل، وتُغري بالسوء".اهـ،، والله
